As the IT subsidiary for the Russian oil producing company, LUKOIL, LUKOIL INFORM is responsible for deploying and maintaining its parent company's internal telecommunications network across eight branches throughout the Ural Mountain region. Far East Telecom is transforming its network to a core IP network. This deployment represents the first stage of Far East Telecom’s migration plan, including the deployment of VocalTec’s Essentra Class-5 and Class-4 VoIP solutions across five distributed locations with initial support for tens of thousands of subscribers. The project will provide for a seamless transition and will enable Far East Telecom to offer a wide range of innovative subscriber services, as well as efficiently managing the interconnection to its existing traditional telephony network.

Using VocalTec's Essentra BAX VoIP Application Server,  Teledata ICT is now able to bring the latest in IP telephony services, including an extensive set of subscriber calling features amongst them click-to-dial, attendant console, auto-attendant and others, to their enterprise customers.
