Cellvine Ltd., recently announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Tessco Technologies Incorporated (Nasdaq:TESS). Tessco is a US based provider of integrated product and supply chain solutions for professionals that design, build, run, maintain and use wireless mobile, fixed and in-building systems. Tessco, links customers with integrated product and supply chain solutions configured from product choices made by world-class manufacturers, such as Cellvine Ltd. As part of the agreement, Tessco will range & sell Cellvine’s In-Building Amplifiers & Repeaters. Cellvine Ltd. offers a broad range of cellular coverage enhancement products and solutions based on the company’s exclusive technology for improving cellular signals for in-building, urban and rural over-ground and subterranean environments such as mines and tunnels. Cellvine’s Comprehensive coverage management tools provide operators with full real-time control of their coverage networks without the need for costly infrastructure replacement. In 2007, Cellvine continued to show signs of significant growth by securing, together with co-marketing partners Alcatel –Lucent, purchase orders from various Latin American cellular operators. In addition, the company initiated sales in various European and Asia countries and received repeat customer orders from current customers. Moving forward into 2008, the company expects sales momentum to increase as new strategic agreements are inked, new markets opened, repeat sales achieved and continued enhancement & development of market leading technologies. Established in 2005, Apexum Ltd. has developed a family of miniature, minimally invasive dental surgical tools, facilitating highly innovative methods for the treatment of Periapical Lesions, associated with root canal infections. The core technology of the company allows the removal of the lesion in a minimally invasive fashion, achieving faster healing kinetics and a better healing rate than standard root canal treatment, without the need for costly and complicated, Apicoectomy operations. In accordance with FDA requirements, the company recently completed recruitment and treatment of 100 clinical study patients. Interim results from 54 patients with 3 month follow up & 41 patients with 6 month follow up, showed a substantial improvement in both healing kinetics and the healing rate of Periapical lesions compared to conventional root canal treatment – 3 month follow up results indicate there was a 96% healing rate experienced at the study group compared to 32% in the control group. 6 month follow up indicates similar positive results, with a 95% healing rate experienced at the study group compared to 41% in the control group. Upon the successful completion of the trial, Apexum Ltd. will apply to FDA for approval of their device.
