In May 2009, VocalTec conducted its yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey. This is a survey/questionnaire distributed amongst our customers and partners. The survey consists of multiple questions covering topics such as overall satisfaction with the company, its products, our professional services team and more.

With the introduction of new versions of Essentra CX, EX and OSS at the beginning of October, VocalTec completed Essentra Release 8.1. This new software version introduces a set of powerful new features and capabilities, further increasing the value provided by VocalTec's solutions to our customers and partners.

Announces Regulatory Certification and R&D Center

Essentra VoIP softswitch has received Class-4,  Class-5 and Lawful Interception certification from the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Radio and Television; this is part of VocalTec’s ongoing measures to position itself as a significant provider of VoIP solutions across the Ukraine.
